Your tasks:

  • Implementation of APQP / Quality Planning
  • Initial sampling according to VDA 2, PPAP
  • internal and external complaint handling
  • Participation in the performance of internal audits (ISO 9001)
  • Measures Controlling
  • Reporting of quality indicators

Your qualification:

You have several years of professional experience in the quality sector in the automotive industry and have a degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, automotive engineering) or equivalent training. In addition, you have in-depth knowledge of quality planning and apply Automotive Core Tools (8D Report, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA) practice-oriented.
Management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are familiar to you. As proof, you are already active as an internal and / or external auditor. They are familiar with the use of CAQ systems. Alternatively, you have hands-on experience using the Six Sigma methodology.
Personally, you are a person for whom independent and prudent work is a matter of course. They think, are flexible and motivated to work with an international team. Good English skills complete your profile.

Your tasks:

  • Handling of customer complaints with common automotive tools (8D, 5 Why, ISHIKAWA)
  • Verification of warranty claims and their settlement with customers (national and international) directly or via factors
  • Risk estimations/ error containment with affected areas
  • Control and maintain customer portals with regard to warranty
  • Preparation of data for regular reports, transfer of status to the company and escalation in the event of deviations
  • Verification of the rejected parts after diagnosis of the components
